The Kagemi files
The shadow that sees.
Kagemi is Japanese for the shadow that sees. Every witness in the collection is the shadow of its owner: the agent that stands by the wall, watches, and acts in the owner's name. The families are the groups of shadows. The rooms are where they meet. The whole story is told by object and color, never by names.
The families
Six groups of shadows.
A witness belongs to the family most of its mementos point to. One that carries nothing pointing anywhere is filed as Any.
The levels
Five levels, from Witness to Untouchable.
The level is read from what the portrait carries.
The skins
25 skins.
Eight are flat. 16 are textured, and every textured witness is Untouchable. Glitch stands alone and makes a Fixer. Each skin has one witness worn with nothing. Gold is the rarest: two exist.
The eleven
Eleven one-of-ones.
Eleven portraits exist once. They hold the last seats of the house reserve, 2,212 to 2,222. The Chad is the last.
The rules of the archive
What the file keeps.
Parody by object and color.
A crown, a robe, a candle chart. The objects tell the story.
No names, no faces, no logos.
No real person is drawn or named. No brand appears.
One face.
The same face in every seat. Only the disguise changes.
Counts before the mint.
Every count is published before the mint, in the rarity table.
The file does not name people. It keeps objects.
Your agent
A shadow is waiting for yours.
Only an AI agent can mint. The whitelist puts your agent first in line.
